Executive Beauty Luxe Spa Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and fabulous experience, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before your appointment:
Deposits
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for all services except consultations. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once with at least 24 hours' notice. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens! You have a 10-minute grace period if you're running late. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. However, your deposit will still be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
No Shows
No-shows will result in a charge of 20% of the total appointment cost. This policy helps us respect the time of both our clients and staff. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee.
Memberships
For those on memberships, all sessions must be paid in full before your last treatment. This ensures you can complete your treatment plan with the best results and avoid any interruptions.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. If you have a membership, one session will be deducted for late cancellations.
